Atty. Angelo M. Cabrera
Founder & Chairman Emeritus
Atty. Angelo M. Cabrera is one of our country’s renowned estate planning experts. He is a sought after speaker for estate planning forums. After finishing his law studies at the University of San Carlos in Cebu and passing the bar, he set up his private law practice focused on helping clients with proper estate transfer. His strength lies in his ability to communicate the many and oftentimes complicated legal concepts in a manner that is easily understood. Prior to his law practice, Atty Cabrera was a senior executive of one of the largest financial institutions in the country. He studied grade school at San Beda, attended high school at Ateneo de Manila and earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of the Philippines in Diliman. He is also the author of the best-selling book on estate planning, “Thy Will Be Done – Understanding the What, Why & When of Estate Planning.”
rolando a. robles

Mr. Robles has four decades of work experience in the financial services industry, particularly in life insurance and asset management. He was involved in sales and distribution management, product development, manpower training and operations management. He is currently an Independent Board of Trustee of one the country’s biggest mutual benefit associations. Prior to retirement, he was Head of Tied Agencies for Pioneer Life Inc. Before that he was the President and CEO of Sun Life Asset Management from 1998 to 2003 and Director for Group Insurance of Sun Life Philippines from 1994 to 1998. He started his career in the life insurance industry with Great Pacific Life Assurance Corporation.
AURELIO C. ALONZO

Mr. Alonzo has over three decades of work experience in financial services and human resources management. He had extensive exposure in life and property insurance sales, asset management, investment advisory and portfolio management for bank clients, and personnel management. His major involvements were in sales and distribution, product development, manpower training and development, industrial relations and financial advisory for bank and insurance clients. He was Assistant Vice President and Team Head of the Bank of the Philippine Islands’ Private Banking Division where he dealt with the bank’s high net worth clients for more than a decade. He served as the Luzon Area Head for Agency Sales and HR Deputy Head of Ayala Life Assurance Inc., HRD Head and Branches Sales Head of FGU Insurance Corporation, HR Director of the PAREF Southridge School in Alabang, and Director for HR and Corporate Services at the Center for Industrial Technology and Enterprise (CITE) in Cebu. He finished his Electrical Engineering degree and his MBA from UP Diliman. He is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) and the Life Underwriters Training Council (LUTCF). He also has a Master’s Degree in Values Education (MAVE) from the University of Asia & the Pacific. He is also a Professional Teacher, an SEC Certified Investment Solicitor (CIS), a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified Trust Professional (CTP) and a Certified Wealth Planner (CWP).

Mr. Aristides S. Merida, Jr. is an Independent Adviser with a focus on private wealth advisory and solutions services. His clients include the biggest global stakeholders in the industries of insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and reinsurance. His last corporate posting was as Country Managing Director for the Philippines of a U.S. – based Business Process Outsourcing company. His many years of experience in the financial services sector include being the Group Head for Account Management of one the country’s biggest multinational HMO and Head of Marketing of the Financial Services Company of one of the Philippines’ biggest conglomerates. He is a graduate of the University of the Philippines in Cebu with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Economics with distinction and has completed the academic requirements leading to a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific.

Michael John M. “Jay” Arcilla is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including construction, hospitality, IT, property management, and the pre-need industry. Jay’s entrepreneurial drive and expertise in business development have made him a highly respected figure in his field. He is the founder of S33 Consultancy and Six 33 Property Management Services, where he leads strategic initiatives and special projects.
Throughout his career, Jay has held key positions in notable companies such as 5D Urban Builders, Wealth Management Center, DMCI Homes, and Net Pacific Inc, where he has demonstrated his ability to drive growth, manage high-value accounts, and build strategic partnerships. His background in sales management, business development, and marketing services has equipped him with the skills to lead successful teams, negotiate complex contracts, and execute large-scale projects.
In addition to his extensive experience in real estate and construction, Jay has also worked in the pre-need industry, where he gained valuable experience in sales for educational plans. This exposure further honed his ability to connect with clients and offer tailored solutions that meet their long-term goals.
